Billing & refunds

This page explains how Encruelecerias Cloud Node Solutions LLC invoices hosting services, handles taxes and disputes, and processes refunds or credits where applicable. It exists so advertising landing pages can link to concrete financial rules.

Invoices & cadence

Subscription fees bill monthly in advance unless your order states otherwise. Usage-based lines (egress over published quotas, extra regions) bill in arrears on the next invoice with line-item SKU references.

Taxes

Tax treatment depends on your location and entity type. Checkout totals display estimated tax where required.

Payment failure

Failed charges may lead to service suspension after notice windows described in your agreement.

Refunds & credits

If you cancel within 14 days of initial purchase and have not exceeded published usage thresholds, you may request a refund of prepaid subscription fees for that period. SLA credits follow service level agreement rules and post as account credits unless law requires cash refund.

Disputes

Billing disputes must include invoice numbers and reconciled usage screenshots. We respond within published business-hour targets for your tier.
